Join us for an opportunity learn and/or improve glass painting/enameling (and some screen printing and soldering) skills. We will all be learning and doing together. All materials provided. One kiln firing is also included.

Back by popular demand! Learn to cast glass into solid shapes. You'll fill casting molds with sheet glass, crushed glass, frits, noodles, and stringers. You'll learn to layer the colors with clear and dichroic glasses to get brilliant combinations. These castings can be hung on a provided hook, used as paper weights, or just displayed.

All tools, materials, and heat (kiln-firing) provided!

The glass on glass (GOG) class is appropriate for everyone, including beginners, who want to experiment with glass and learn how to make something beautiful. The classes will be small enough for both group and individual instruction (8 people max).

You can continue your project at home if you wish. Day 2 is a three-ish hour block when we will clean our pieces, grout and and then do final cleaning and hanging prep. You will then be ready to tackle much bigger projects, like glass-on-glass mosaic tables, for example. All tools and materials included, and students will leave with their own silicone adhesive.

The optic dish uses volume control displacement to distort a pattern of stringers into a repeatable shape giving the dish an optical illusion. Each student will make a 5 inch and a 3-inch optic dish.  Both dishes will be fused fired and slumped for you. Dishes can be picked up 3 days after class. All materials and 2 firings included.

Join us for a fun fusing class using the frit slurry method.  You will design your Tye dye look and we will do a frit slurry to blend your colors.  Frit slurry is a fun way to create your own unique glass.

This is a fun class for all ages (8 and over). We will make 2 pair of earrings and 1 pendant.

You've learned how to make s stained glass piece, now let's go 3-D.  In this level 2 class we will teach you how to cut, assemble and solder these fun little butterflies.  We will attach them to a spinner so that they will turn in the breeze.

Can you include metals in glass art? Yes, you can! Copper works very well. In this class, you'll cut copper sheet using templates and slip them between sheets of glass to be kiln-fired.
